The improvements center on areas of re-development and urban revitalization as well as commercial and/or Industrial areas for maximum economic stimulation. The information collected from various County Departments, Municipalities and the State of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) was utilized to develop preliminary engineering details and planning capital costs for the identified improvement work within the MDWASD service areas.
Program priorities, potential funding sources and meetings with County Management, the Mayor’s office and Commissioners to present findings, gather input and address funding issues are also included in the project’s Scope of Work. A computer database for identifying, prioritizing, and tracking identified projects was developed by BND ENGINEERS INC.
The Project Scope of Work Includes:
-
